To promote your small business, you probably already have some online presence, such as a website or web-based ads. You may even have other promotional materials such as billboards, business signs or brochures. If so, you already have marketing materials. But you don’t necessarily have a marketable brand. In fact, unless you consciously pay attention to the way your business is perceived by your customers, it’s entirely possible that you are allowing your marketing to define your brand, when really it should be the other way around.
